Short Supernatural 7x15 - Repo Man Reaction
I really, really enjoyed this episode! The last few ones had me in a bit of a funk (even though I did enjoy the sparkling clowns it felt a bit too episodic to me) so I'm really happy to see that my little show seems to be back!
My first reaction would be "Damn you Mark Pellegrino you are a creepy motherfucker". That laugh at the end? *shudder*
Second would obviously be: "Oh Sam" *snuggles him*. I mean on the one hand I'm really happy they are bringing this whole idea back on the other I care about Sam and want him to be happy and this is just screwing with him so much.
I thought the flashback was extremely cool (even though it made me snort that we were supposed to believe s3 Sam looked like that XD) and the whole idea of Demons recruiting serial killers was delightfully twisted, if a bit too fast wrapped up.
But! I can forgive it, because that meant my lovely Sammy had more screen-time! And damn was it worth it. Even though Jareds side-burns are really getting out of control he was wonderful in this episode. His creepy, creepy chemistry with Mark Pellegrino was off the charts. It took only this one episode to convert me to all the angsty, abused filled Sam/Lucifer fic out there (coincidentally, any recs? Hit me!), because damn did I enjoy them together.
The way Lucifer talked with Sam like a petulant child/old friend, jesus. Also the scene in the library? Dark, people so dark and chilling. I don't think I have been this fascinatingly creeped out by Supernatural for a long time. (It made me laugh out loud later though, because horribly torturing a guy? Lots of blood? People ramming their heads into their tables? All fine to show live on-screen. But killing a puppy-dog? That is going to far!! Clearly they needed to do this off-camera, so as not to traumatize anyone XDXDXD)
The way Sam tried not to give in to Lucifer's manipulations, but needed him to find his brother. All the hearts are broken!! Also that Lucifer makes him more ruthless, cheers him on to be crueler? I'm with Lucifer, gives me chills (and also like Lucifer not only in a bad way, because damn it ruthluss!Sammy is hot ok?)
Also seeing them walk down this alley-way discussing the case, makes me almost wish for Lucifer not to be a hallucination, because now I want all the reformed!Lucifer case-fics they would be so hilarious.
So the end, gave me huge, huge needs for next episode, because talk about foreshadowing. And I'm just going to need to mention the creepy laugh again, because it was the creepiest of them all.
Next week! Be here faster! (also now I need Sam/Lucifer icons...don't have time to search for it now, but soon!)
